Kooth
Kooth has been commissioned by Tower Hamlets CCG to provide all young people aged 11-25 with a free, safe and secure online mental health & well-being support service. Young people can access support from a counsellor over messenger until 10pm, 365 days a year. Kooth also has an online magazine, interactive forums and well-being activities to support young people with their mental health too.
