Mental Health Awareness Week is the UK’s national week (18th – 24th May) to raise awareness of mental health and mental health problems and inspire action to promote the message of good mental health for all.
This years theme is #Kindness – Mind in Tower Hamlets and Newham try to promote kindness at all times but during Mental Health Awareness Week we want to help you show kindness to yourselves! If you show yourself kindness, practice self-care and strengthen your mental wellbeing, you can in turn be there to support those around you! You can’t pour from an empty cup, right!?
Will you be able to complete the #5WaysofWellbeingChallenge and be #KindToYourMind…
Monday 18th May

We want you to take the time to practice this act of self-care and start this week of challenges by giving back to yourself.
Yes, you heard correctly – give back to yourself, this act of kindness is for YOU!
Treat yourself with love, kindness, care and dignity and make your wellbeing a priority
