How do I leave a gift in my will?
If you don’t have a Will… Making one is simple and your solicitor can help. We can help by providing some suggested wording to reflect your wish.
If you already have a Will… A change of circumstances could make your Will invalid so make sure it still reflects your wishes. If you need to make a change, it is a simple process to make an amendment, this may be a good time to include a gift to Suffolk Mind. It may be possible to use a codicil to make your amendments, a solicitor can advise on the best course of action.
We cannot recommend a Solicitor but can provide details of local Solicitors that may offer a discounted service if you are leaving a gift to support our charity work
We realise that leaving a legacy gift is an important decision but it doesn’t have to be complicated.
