Volunteering

Volunteering is a great way for you to make use of your skills, get involved in your local community, meet new people and gain valuable experience while supporting the work of Mind in Tower Hamlet and Newham .

By volunteering with us you can help us make sure that anyone with a mental health problem has somewhere to turn for advice and support.

We invest in volunteers and are rewarded by committed people, without whom many services could not operate.

Many of our volunteers have a personal interest in mental health and bring with them their knowledge and experience, which is invaluable. We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds particularly those who have experience of using mental health services. It is recognised that service users have specific skills gained from experience and that they enrich the services that the organisation is able to offer.
