2.6 Challenge for MITHN!
Join us in our 2.6 challenge – which has been set up to help charities during COVID-19 that are loosing fundraising income due to events being cancelled.
We didn’t want to just ask you to come up with a 2.6 challenge, we thought we would give you a great resource that would take up the 26 minutes whilst improving your mental health!
So, here it goes – our wonderful Recovery Trainer Leo has created a 20 minute Breath and Body meditation that we think you should try here!
Here’s your challenge:
1.) Try the 20 minute meditation
2.) Take five minutes after you complete the meditation to document how it made you feel
3.) Donate what you see fit to MITHN via this fundraising page
