Young Voices Sakinah offers faith-based support designed specifically for young Muslim girls living in the boroughs of Tower Hamlets, Newham and Redbridge.

Following the success of the ‘Our Voices,  Sakinah’ project, Young Sakinah expands our reach to younger Muslim girls, offering monthly sessions that explore emotional literacy, self-care, healthy boundaries, and identity. These workshops are delivered by trained Muslim women, in trusted community spaces or online and are aligned with Islamic principles of wellbeing and co-create safe spaces for young women to share, reflect, and grow.
