If you’re having thoughts about ending your life, know you’re not alone. Sometimes talking to emergency helplines isn’t enough, and that’s okay. We offer a caring, non-judgmental space where you can talk about your feelings across up to 6 weekly sessions. We’re here to help ease your pain, find ways to manage these thoughts, and work together to create a plan that helps keep you safe.

Who is it for?

This service is available to you if you live in one of these boroughs:

  • Newham
  • Redbridge
  • Tower Hamlets
  • Barking and Dagenham
  • City & Hackney
  • Havering
  • Waltham Forest

Who we don’t support

We want to ensure you get the most appropriate support for your needs. If you’re experiencing a serious or complex mental illness or if you’re currently under the care of a mental health team, we’ll help connect you with specialised services that can better support you.

How does it work?

Once you’ve registered with the service and completed a welcome assessment you can expect up to 6 sessions with one of our trained connectors.

During your sessions, you’ll have a safe, confidential space to share your thoughts and feelings with someone who truly wants to listen. Together, we’ll explore what you’re going through and work on finding paths forward that feel right for you. We’ll help you discover sources of hope and strength, while also creating practical strategies for managing difficult moments.

Is it therapy?

No, we provide therapeutic support but not therapy. If therapy would help you, we can explain what services are available and how to access them.
