💼Direct Reports: Approximately 4-5 Employment Advisors

📍Location: Open House, 13 Whitethorn Street, London, E3 4DA / in other locations

📃Contract: Permanent

As an Senior Employment Advisor, you will lead and support the delivery of specialist employment services for individuals experiencing mental health challenges. 

What you’ll do 

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality employment support services, ensuring clients receive tailored 1:1 interventions to achieve their employment goals 
  • Provide line management, supervision, coaching, and professional support to team of Employment Advisors, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture 
  • Conduct assessments and develop SMART action plans, offering practical employment support including CV writing, job applications, interview preparation, and workplace advocacy
  • Build strong partnerships with employers, Jobcentres, recruitment agencies, and clinical teams to improve employment opportunities and provide integrated client support
  • Deliver workshops, stakeholder presentations, and wellbeing-focused interventions while ensuring accurate case management, safeguarding, and compliance with organisational policies
