Mental Health Awareness Week 2026

This year, we’re joining the campaign to encourage people to take action to support good mental health – for yourself, for someone else, for all of us.

Our exciting events are listed below and on our website:

💚Monday 11th May – Get Active
It is well known that even the smallest amount of physical activity can prove to have a positive impact on both physical and mental health. Join us for a cycle ride leaving Open House at 11am or a danceathon from 2pm-4pm at Open House. Dace to the beat of your own drum! Be expressive, creative and have fun. Music from all the decades.

💚Tuesday 12th May – Learn
We will be having an art session at 1.30pm at Open House to write something we have learnt about ourselves and want to let go of. This will be followed by a walk with Thames 21 along the river where you get to throw these thoughts away. (all has been eco friendly discussed)

💚Wednesday 13th May – Mental Health Awareness Week celebration

⏰ 11am – 2pm
📍 Ecology Pavilion

💚Thursday 14th May – Connect
Games club goes big!! We will have the popular picture bingo and other board games to connect and have fun!

💚Friday 15th May – Take Notice
Join us for a scavenger hunt around the City of London. Clues to help you find some hidden gems with a message!
