Our groups and activities offer you the chance to meet people in a safe, relaxed environment. They’re a great way to share experiences, learn, make new friends, have fun and take some time out from everyday worry. You can also learn mental health skills to help you on your recovery journey.

You’ll be around people who also have experience of mental health challenges and can understand what you’re going through. Most of our groups are led by people who have used our services and want to give something back.
